The Spill: Stuffed Butterflies

On 11, Apr 2014 | In News, The Spill | By The S.A.R.F.

Q.

Dear Kelsea,

I’m going to be in the petting zoo at the Ann Richards School today (4-7pm!), and I’m really nervous about being in front of all those people. Do you have any advice?

A.

Dear Stuffed Butterflies in My Stomach,

Take a deep breath, you’re going to do fine! Take some time to yourself before the petting zoo to relax and calm yourself down. You could even try some yoga or meditation and see if that helps.
Good luck!
