Is your SA in good shape but in need of a good cleaning and refluffing? This is for you! And it!

This spa day is perfect for stuffies who don’t need physical repairs (no stitches or eye replacements etc.) but DO need cleaning, de-matting, refluffing or restuffing posture correction (floppy necks or limbs), and photos from a day of pampering and relaxation.

Appoints open January 2023 and can be made up to a month in advance.

• a good soak (bath)
• refluff or restuff (or combo, your choice!) with standard polyfill (or beads) (please contact us if your creature is stuffed with something unusual – info@thesarf.org)
• posture correction (fix floppy necks, empty limbs, etc)
• de-matting
• photos on Instagram throughout the day

Overnight stay is required to achieve proper bathing and grooming, and to allow time for fullest relaxation benefits. If this isn’t acceptable / would be too traumatic for the stuffy or living companion, please contact us to discuss possible options for completing in a single day.

*Price is good for stuffies under 36” tall. Please contact us regarding stuffies over 36” tall, as additional charges may be necessary due to largeness and whatnot! Spa day includes a good cleaning, refluff and/or restuff, dematting, and photos on Instagram. Does NOT include physical repairs! For stuffies in need of physical repairs (major surgery, fur grafts, restitching, eye transplants, rhinoplasty, etc., please make a Telemedicine Appointment at thesarf.org to discuss additional charges, needs, and plans of action.

Drop-Off:

Please drop off the patient at 2825 Hancock Dr. Austin, TX 78731 at the scheduled appointment time.

NOTE: We are pretty flexible, so if you don’t see a time that works for you, please contact us and we can most likely work something out! If mornings don’t work, we can make arrangements for dropping off the evening before.

Pick-Up:

Your newly-refreshed stuffed animal can be picked the following day. Pickup times are flexible. Please choose your preferred time to retrieve your stuffy (see below). If you don’t see one that works for you, let us know! We are flexible and can work with you!.

Shipping:

If you are not in the Austin area, you can ship your stuffed animal to us at The Stuffed Animal Rescue Foundation 2825 Hancock Dr. #111 Austin, TX 78731. You are responsible for shipping charges to and from our headquarters. We will return your creature to you in the same box you used to send to us. We will send an invoice for the return shipping costs when we make return journey arrangements!

Please note: Gift vouchers for spa days do not include shipping charges!

Preparation:

Please do not allow the stuffed guest to eat any food in the 8 hours prior to the scheduled procedure.

At the time of drop-off, we will ask any clarifying questions regarding your stuffy’s care. Please let us know if there are any special needs or considerations!

After-Care:

Stuffed guest may appear groggy or feel achy following the spa day. This is normal. Light massage can often relieve any lingering discomfort.

If your stuffed companion looks or feels over or under-stuffed at pick-up (or in the days following), please let us know and we will gladly make adjustments!
