I’m a stuffed gastronomist. I helped plan the menu of The SARF food truck, which was a great success! We got so much great press in the Statesman and Austin Eater! I’d love to find a family who loves to cook. I love experimenting with both human and stuffed foods. I’d love to open my own brick and mortar restaurant one day, but perhaps right now just being an assistant chef or a chef in a family home is a good enough goal for me.
