Having once been incarcerated, I’m a little uncomfortable with this security situation here. I mean, I guess it’s supposed to be for our own good. The old-schoolers tell me the petting zoo didn’t used to be like this. They said they used to be free to move around, and visitors could even actually pet them without being worried about lasers and cameras. I guess times have changed. A lot has changed since I’ve been out of the slammer. I’m looking for a new start with a new family who’s on the up-and-up.
